To reply to feedback that other buyers / sellers have left for you, first login to your eBay account. Once you have logged in the quickest way is to simply click on your feedback number that appears next to your username in parenthesis. Once on this screen scroll to the bottom of your feedback where it mentions “where would you like to go next”. You should notice an option here that says “Reply to Feedback”.
